Zen Meditation
"Faster, further, higher..." – In our dialy life the pressure to perform increases, and in the same breath the desire for relaxation and serenity arises. Often we are worried about the future or stuck in issues from our past. But the past is over since a long time, and the future has not yet arrived.
In the Zen Meditation we practice dwelling in the freshness, serenity and calm of the instant. We let disturbing thoughts come and go in the Meditation … just like the waves of the ocean. We perceive it, but do not identify with it. On a nonverbal level our questions of the sense of our life can find an answer, what gives us inner peace and happiness.
The silence gives us strength to cope with our everyday lives with energy and ease. We become more careful with ourselves and others. Step by step we develope a positive, calm and joyful attitude to our life.

Aim of the Zen Meditation is to achieve a stabile state of mind and a clear consciousness. When we are completely present in the moment, lively and transparent, a feeling of inner peace naturally arises within us. In silence many questions can resolve themselves on a nonverbal level.
